What we do with your data.

Who is responsible

Elías Rul, owner of BOOST, operating from Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, is responsible for the personal data you share with us. For any privacy matter: eliasrul@boost-up.mx.

What we collect

What you give us when you write to us or book a call: your name, your email, your company and whatever you tell us about your operation. A phone number or documents shared during a project fall under this notice too.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, and this site never asks for bank details or government IDs.

What we use it for

Necessary purposes: answering your request, scheduling and holding the call, understanding your process, preparing a proposal, following up and, if we work together, running the project and its invoicing.

Additional purposes: sending you information about what we build. You can opt out from the start by writing to the address above, with no effect on your request.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. It sits with the providers we operate on: Google (email and calendar), Cloudflare (hosting for this site) and, where it applies, the services that run the system we build for your company. They act as processors and only for the purposes above.

We also share it when a competent authority requires it.

Cookies and browsing data

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics that identify you. The only thing stored in your browser is your theme preference (light, dark or system), which never leaves your device.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, cancel or object to the use of your data, and also withdraw consent or limit its use and disclosure. Write to eliasrul@boost-up.mx from the address you contacted us with, tell us what you need, and we answer.

How long we keep it

As long as there is a live commercial conversation or a working relationship, and afterwards for as long as tax and legal obligations require. If you ask us to delete it sooner and nothing forces us to keep it, we do.

Changes to this notice

If the way we handle your data changes, we update this page and the date above. The version in force is always the one published here.
