Before

Plant operations depended on what one person carried in their head and dozens of spreadsheets held together with macros acting as a system. The corporate system ran separately, never crossing what actually happened on the lines.

After

Data is captured and validated on the plant floor, the moment it is born. It connects automatically with the corporate system, and indicators, raw-material inventory and costs update every day. Direction decides on the same picture the plant sees.

Quoting and warehouse control stopped depending on one person.

Before

Quoting meant updating fields by hand, adding a new item was slow, and inventory control lived split between manual processes and loose spreadsheets.

After

The team quotes on the company's own pricing rules and controls receipts, inventory, transfers and shipments in one connected system. Each stage was tested with the team before adding the next.

Quoting a group trip went from taking days to minutes.

Before

Every group quote was built day by day, by hand, on pricing rules only one person on the sales team knew: shared costs, margins by service type, exchange rate and taxes.

After

The system applies those same rules automatically, builds the quote day by day, and calculates the per-person price based on group size. Any salesperson delivers a consistent quote.

Consultores en Oncología

Financial statements come out validated in minutes, with no manual runs.

Before

Turning the trial balance into financial statements was a long manual run, full of macros, that broke with any version change in the accounting software.

After

The trial balance is uploaded to the system and, in minutes, out come the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow, validated to the cent.

Sports and events

GS Sports

The door of an international tournament decides on its own who gets in.

Before

Merging circuit registrations with staff and vendors, applying the access policy and printing badges was manual work: lists exported by hand, photos downloaded one by one, and someone deciding on the spot which zone belonged to whom.

After

Each person registers themselves with their photo, the system applies the policy and assigns their zones, and at the door a single badge scan is enough. The organizer's team approves and prints from its own queue.
